Shopper Intelligence is a small but growing business spread widely across the world operating a global shopper study, providing expert insights for CPG suppliers and retailers in 10 countries. The company acts as a trusted source of unbiased information, offering benchmarking systems to analyze categories, retailers, brands, and segments. Shopper Intelligence helps clients understand shopper behavior and provides solutions for various business issues.
Role Description:
1. Design and operation of human resources policy across the group
2. Supervising people management quality across the countries and franchises (e.g., job descriptions)
3. Managing the annual company conference
4. Developing a shared set of values and leading the implementation of this
5. Searching and recruiting new franchise candidates globally, particularly across Europe (Germany, Italy, Spain as priorities), then Middle East, South America, and China
6. Controlling and managing all central legal systems and HR processes (including business insurance, healthcare matters, and employee benefits) to ensure a smooth operating business with minimized risk
7. Designing and managing an internal and external client feedback process and mechanism
Experience sought:
* Experience in managing people of different nationalities and levels
* Good international awareness and exposure, comfortable operating across borders
* Willing to challenge corporate management to achieve our people goals
* Self-confident, good communicator, intuitive ability to “read” people, calm in conflict situations, readily generates trust, and is used to working confidentially
* Experience in working with third-party professional suppliers
* Good understanding of HR principles
