Civil Project Engineer Job Overview
* Oversee the day-to-day management of small to medium-sized projects under the guidance of an Associate Director.
* Contribute to estate infrastructure, roads, and drainage design, with attention to detail.
* Represent the company confidently in client meetings, project teams, and with external organizations.
* Support Approvals: Work on designs requiring technical approval for Section 38, 104, and 278 applications.
* Flood Risk & Drainage: Assist in preparing flood risk assessments and drainage strategies to support project needs.
* Design Tools: Utilize AutoCAD and Causeway Flow to deliver detailed designs; develop your skills in Civil 3D and PDS with our support if required.
* Professional Growth: Work towards achieving Chartered Engineer status with full mentoring and funding provided.
Civil Project Engineer Job Requirements
* BEng or equivalent within a Civil Engineering discipline
* A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
* Actively pursuing Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Causeway Flow; familiarity with Civil 3D or PDS is a bonus.
* Strong written and verbal skills for reporting and client interactions.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
