Main duties, tasks & skills required
We are looking for a Clinical Team Lead with excellent communication and people skills who is able to provide the best leadership and management support to the Basingstoke School Nursing team based at Parklands House. We want you to create a culture within your team where transformation, change and service development are the norm.
We want you to lead and support service transformation in this team with the development of effective relationships with both internal and external colleagues, keeping in touch with what is important to others and working alongside the current Clinical Team Leads.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provides high quality leadership support, clinical and safeguarding supervision and excellent learning and development opportunities for all staff.
Applicants need to have the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification with evidence of recent continued professional development.
Due to the nature of the post, it is expected that you will have access to a car, a full driving licence and insurance for business use.
