Job Description
* Implement and contribute to local and national HR strategies
* Develop, coach and support a team of 2
* Undertake case work and ER related matters - advising and leading the process
* Coach and guide line managers to improve capability with managing employment related issues
* Support the CPO with performance management and continuous development of employees
* Maintain administrative oversight of HR information/records
* Ensure advice and actions are in accordance with the Trust's policies - supporting development of future policies
* Support the recruitment process and onboarding/offboarding process
* Help develop retention strategies and reduce turnover based on analysing key information
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Partner should have:
* A solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of staff
* The ability to be hands-on and operational, but demonstrate strategic thinking
* Experience in an education or not-for-profit organisation is highly advantageous

Additional Information
