About the Role
ME+EM is looking for an eCommerce Executive to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will report into our Digital Merchandising Manager and work closely with the whole Marketing team. This role is responsible for the daily management of UK, US and ROW sites for ME+EM including product enrichment, visual merchandising, and trading of the site. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, so we are looking for a creative, organised self-starter with a keen eye for detail and analytic background.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage product enrichment and launch processes, ensuring on-time delivery across regions (UK, US, ROW).
* Collaborate with Buying, Design, Merchandising, and Brand teams to enhance product launches and site performance.
* Partner with the Digital Merchandising Manager to execute monthly product drops and deliver a seamless customer journey.
* Perform daily visual merchandising updates, balancing brand aesthetics, commercial priorities, and KPIs
* Analyse product performance and deliver trade reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
* Create custom listing pages aligned with marketing and trade calendars to boost sales.
* Manage email VM alignment with category and listing pages for a smooth customer experience.
* Support site content updates, including product imagery, banners, and blogs, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
* Execute cross-selling strategies to drive sales and highlight new collections.
* Conduct regular audits of product, content, and customer care pages for quality and brand alignment.
* Oversee translation workflows, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Skills
* Interest in the fashion and retail industry and passionate about the ME+EM brand.
* Creative with an excellent eye for detail.
* Analytical with a strong ability to interpret data and turn into trade actions.
* Proficient in excel.
* Well organised with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
* Customer focused and commercially aware.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a large team.
* Experience working with Centra and Algolia/ Merchandising tools preferable.
