About the position:
This role involves vehicle sales order processing on behalf of our sales teams, including:
1. Supporting the Sales team to set up and invoice deals.
2. Complying with DVLA/AFRL guidelines at all times.
3. Processing and monitoring all new and used car sales on the company’s DMS.
4. Taxing vehicles.
5. Keeping track of deals and ensuring all are invoiced by the end of the month.
6. Liaising with Sales Managers.
7. Ensuring all data is accurately recorded.
8. Booking both new and used vehicles into stock and keeping records updated.
9. Ensuring documentation is completed and ready to meet delivery times for customers.
10. Ensuring full compliance with manufacturer and company policies and procedures.
About our requirements:
We expect our Sales Administrators to demonstrate skills essential for the role, including:
1. Great attention to detail.
2. Organisation and accuracy.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Willingness to learn.
5. Good personal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Salary is £25,000 per annum, based on a 40-hour week (pro-rata for part-time).
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. Part-time hours are negotiable.
