Part-time HR Administrator

2-month temporary position
My client is a financial service located in the City of London. They are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a 2-month temporary position on a part-time basis. You will be required to report to management while taking ownership of administrative requirements within the HR focus.
What you’ll do:
* Maintaining the HR database while managing the HR inbox
* General HR administration
* Maintaining and updating employee records
* Assisting with on-boarding for new hires
* Coordinating interviews and meetings
* Distributing appraisal forms to employees and line managers
* Updating contracts
Skills required:
* CIPD qualification, an interest in working towards or desired
* Driven and self-motivated
* Ability to pick things up quickly and use initiative
* Strong attention to detail and an ability to communicate effectively
