Centre Support Manager - Temporary

Role
To ensure the smooth running of all support functions at the Centre ensuring students, visitors and staff experience high quality services from reception, through enrolment and throughout their time. This role will be a front of house role working alongside the Centre Director and the Centre Manger to drive improvements forward.
Key Responsibilities
* To take a hands-on approach to ensuring all Business Support functions are run effectively and provide a high-quality service to all visitors and staff.
* To line manage all Business Support staff, ensuring the Centre is appropriately staffed at all times.
* Work together with other Managers to develop and deliver projects to focus on improving attendance and behaviour.
* To help lead student enrolment.
* Manage budgets.
* Implement training.
* Help with enquiries regarding applications, enrolment and visitor questions.
