Commercial responsibilities:
* Manage wages in line with productivity targets, review projections regularly for accurate scheduling, and organize workload and staff effectively.
* Manage PR performance and implement improvements as needed.
* Manage management hours within the budget.
* Control overheads by reviewing orders against the budget.
* Maintain cleanliness standards according to client expectations and customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
Business responsibilities:
* Ensure timely adherence to all company systems and procedures.
* Recruit quality staff using company systems and professional interviewing techniques to maintain headcount.
* Provide professional training to meet job requirements.
* Regularly brief staff on key performance areas.
* Communicate with clients regularly and review feedback daily.
* Ensure all SLAs are delivered.
* Use a problem-solving approach to address issues proactively.
* Take a hands-on approach when necessary to achieve results.
* Maintain a professional relationship with clients at all times.
Key responsibilities:
* Meet all legal standards.
* Ensure health and safety requirements are met according to HASAWA standards.
* Guarantee staff and property security through adherence to policies.
* Project a professional image and follow uniform policies.
* Ensure staff meet performance standards.
* Adopt a zero-tolerance approach to performance issues.
* Follow all personnel policies and procedures.
* Perform any other duties as directed by the company.
