Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Paralegal - Corporate & Commercial at Blackmont Legal. The Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication, research, and document review on a day-to-day basis. You may attend client meetings with a supervising solicitor from time to time, which may occasionally require travel, which will be pre-agreed upon.
You will primarily be involved in corporate and commercial work, with the occasional mix of intellectual property work. The ideal candidate will be one who may not have experience in every area, however is prepared to approach the role with a desire to learn and excel.
As a part-time remote role, it is ideally suited to individuals looking for flexibility in their working life. The specific hour expectations will be further refined and you will have a wide margin of discretion in choosing the hours you may perform your duties, subject to any deadlines.

Qualifications
* Educational background in law / LPC/SQE graduates
* Legal Document Preparation skills
* Communication skills
* Research skills
* Document Review skills
* Exceptional digital skills mandatory (comfortable using case management systems, email, and video conference software)
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience in corporate and commercial law; preferred but not mandatory
* Experience with English law - mandatory
