Position: Contract Manager\n\nSalary: Between £43,000.00 & £53,000.00 per annum (DOE), paid monthly on the 28th\n\nVehicle: Company vehicle provided with a fuel card\n\nEmployment Type: Permanent contract with Consilium Contracting Services\n\nProbationary Period: 3 months\n\nNotice Period: 1 month\n\nHolidays: 28 days per annum, inclusive of bank holidays\n\nPension: Standard Government Stakeholder Pension\n\nReporting to: Craig Reid, Director\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nAs a Contract Manager, you will work on our Social Housing R&M/Voids frameworks and deliver ad-hoc projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring all frameworks and ad-hoc projects adhere to the required standards of health and safety, quality, and commercial performance, while effectively managing each customer relationships and ensuring we maintain required KPIs on all the frameworks (KPI attainment is an essential part of the role, as is managing the financial budget for each framework/ad hoc project). You will be given an expected Sales budget for each framework that you are required to maintain monthly and deliver, ensuring all resources aligned within each framework budget are accurately managed, changes in budget require you to ensure you act to maintain the profit for that framework.\n\nYou will also be expected to build on existing relationships, identify opportunities for additional work streams and projects, manage the workforce, solve problems, and maintain a productive and positive team environment on site.\n\nJob Location:\nHead office in Paisley, regional office is in Dunfermline.
You will service clients throughout Edinburgh, Fife, and at times within the Borders. You may also be asked to travel over to West/Central areas of Scotland as necessary to fulfil the role to support the wider Consilium team. A valid driving license and DVLA check are required.\n\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (OTE)
