Your Role: Senior CRM Lead As a Senior CRM Lead, you will develop and execute CRM strategies that enhance customer relationships, optimise data-driven marketing efforts, and maximise customer lifetime value. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, pharmacy, and customer service teams to drive engagement and improve patient experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and retention. Optimise CRM systems for efficient data collection, segmentation, and analysis. Analyse customer data to uncover insights and opportunities for targeted campaigns. Design and execute automated multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, in-app messaging). Collaborate across teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives. Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations. Implement customer feedback surveys and manage customer interactions within the CRM platform. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value. Train staff on CRM best practices and emerging technologies. What We’re Looking For: 5 years’ experience in CRM management or similar roles. Proven success in developing and executing CRM strategies. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex customer data into insights. Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Braze and marketing automation tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
