We are looking for an Energy Procurement Administrator to join our successful Ignite Energy team.
The energy procurement administrator is responsible for supporting the energy procurement team in tendering, placement, and management of utility contracts for customers.
Have excellent communication skills for dealing with customers, contractors and other team members
* Working with the energy procurement team, ensuring all customer meters and sites are kept in a suitable contract.
* Collating data from various sources to produce tender documents for flexible and fixed electricity and gas, and water contracts.
* Liaising with internal teams to gather relevant data.
* Providing administrative support to the team around forecasting and analysis of non-commodity costs.
* Keeping up to date with market drivers and supporting the account management team with commentary and customer dialogue.
* Keeping all files and procurement inbox tidy and answering any queries coming into the joint inbox.
* Read and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; Background in analysis or working with data.
* Have excellent communication skills for dealing with customers, contractors, and other team members
* Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and computer literate.
