About the role of Contracts Manager
As a Contracts Manager, you'll be a key element in the project execution to completion in the social housing industry, ensuring they're delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities for Contracts Manager
* Oversee the management and delivery on various contracts, specifically Social Housing Refurbishment and Planned Works.
* Carry out site inspections, interpret construction drawings and designs.
* Cover from Sheffield to Loughborough and manage the teams/sites.
Requirements for Contracts Manager
* Previous experience in a Contracts Management role (ideally Social Housing)
* NVQ 6 Qualification
* CSCS Card
* UK Driving Licence
