Client Relationship Coordinator - Conveyancing
Berry Recruitment is now hiring for a Client Relationship Coordinator in the conveyancing department to work for a Market leading Legal firm based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
Role: Client Relationship Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Hours: Full time - Office Based - Mon - Fri (9-5)
Key Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Coordinator:
1. Assist all areas of the Residential Property department to onboard new clients.
2. Liaise with clients to obtain accurate personal information and efficiently complete the onboarding process.
3. Prepare and send relevant documentation to clients as part of the onboarding process.
4. Open new client matters on our case management system and contact clients for any missing information.
5. Complete required customer due diligence and compliance checks and obtain AML documentation for all new clients including carrying out electronic verification checks.
6. Identify and escalate any potential compliance concerns to the appropriate person.
7. Use initiative to follow up with clients for signed documentation as part of the onboarding process.
8. Ensure high quality communication with the company's internal teams and individuals.
9. Allocate new work to fee earners in accordance with agreed allocation numbers and areas of expertise and keep fee earners updated on onboarding status and update once completed.
