JJ Foodservice is looking for a passionate and friendly QHSE Administratorto be a part of our fast paced QHSE Team by taking proactive approach.
The perfect candidate will ensure the compliance with the companies Health & Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environmental policies while have ability to deal with multiple projects in fast paced environment.
We offer a salary of £26, per annum.

You will be responsible for:
1. Promoting and supporting a continuous improvement based on Food Safety and Quality culture across all our sites.
2. Conduct site inspections/audits, generating detailed reports for management review, and ensure compliance with company, HSE, and Quality standards.
3. Manage administrative duties related to customer complaints, accident reports, Halal certification, training needs/records, investigation minutes, and supplier information, ensuring records are accurate and updated.
4. Evaluate and inspect new products to ensure adherence to customer specifications and regulatory standards.
5. Analyze product and process non-conformances, providing recommendations for corrective actions, including necessary modifications.
We need:
6. An honours degree in Food Science, Life Science, Health & Safety, or a closely related field, and/or a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a comparable role.
7. Be a people-focused individual who is passionate about safety culture and behaviours.
8. Ability to query and analyze data.
9. Thoroughness and accuracy in all duties.
10. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
11. Proactive problem-solving capability, acting decisively.
12. Effective management of multiple projects simultaneously.
13. Authoritative decision-making after appropriate consideration.
14. Effective priority determination and resource allocation.
15. Clear and impactful communication skills, both verbal and written.
