We are currently looking to recruit a Global Digital Engagement Executive to work at our Liverpool Headquarters on a full time, 18-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive digital engagement and social media strategies across categories, markets and channels. As a Global Digital Engagement Executive,your main responsibilities will consist of the following: Working with the digital engagement team, brand managers and international market colleagues to design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies to boost brand visibility and customer engagement. Facilitate effective collaboration between markets to ensure global brand consistency, messaging and business priorities. Build connections with micro-influencers in the community and work with the wider to team establish a global ambassador programme. Create, coordinate, and publish original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Monitor, track, and analyse social media performance metrics. Collaborate with the global digital team to develop engaging, omni-channel web content. Who are we looking for? Essential: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar. Previous experience in a digital marketing role, or similar. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns. Deep knowledge of social media management and current social media platforms. Excellent writing, communication, and problem-solving skills. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies. Proficiency in content creation and editing tools/software (incl. Adobe Creative Cloud). Effective time-management and project management skills. Desirable: Experience working with brand ambassadors and/or (micro)influencers. Understanding of GDPR and general guidance on effective data management and security. Knowledge of the rare disease community (including Phenylketonuria, Drug Resistant Epilepsy and Paediatric Kidney Disease). Photography and/or videography. Experience working in cross-market teams. Experience of managing budgets. What we offer?
