3. Assess, monitor, and report on pupils’ progress, giving feedback to parents and carers when required.
4. Establish positive relationships with students, creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
5. Participate in professional development opportunities and continue to develop teaching skills.
6. Contribute to extracurricular activities, school events, and the wider school community.
