Main duties of the job The focus of the role would be working with high intensity users of the trust, who present to the Emergency Departments or are admitted in relation to alcohol misuse. Providing the extension of care beyond discharge, to support individuals who may be resistant to services, hard to engage, or treatment nave at point of discharge.
