Job Title: Learning Support Assistant Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £89 - £99 Per day Job Duties: Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities Assist with classroom activities and help students understand the material Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need extra help Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with teachers to implement individual education plans Required Qualifications: GCSEs in English and Maths Relevant experience working with children or young people Understanding of different learning styles Education: Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent Experience: Prior experience working in a similar role in an educational setting Knowledge and Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents Patience and empathy when working with students with special educational needs Organisational skills and ability to multitask Preferred Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Additional training in special educational needs Working Conditions: Work in a school setting Regular working hours with occasional flexibility required May involve some physical activity such as assisting students with mobility All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
