Your role as a Assistant Site Manager at Reds10 To ensure the highest Health and Safety standards on site and to ensure quality control checks are carried out. To assist with the day-to-day running on site of a Reds10(UK)Ltd construction project to keep within the timescale and budget of a project, and resolve any delays or problems encountered on-site during the project. Assist with managing the construction programme and ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations · Assist with sample and control panels and quality control procedures and ensure they are followed at all times · Identify potential issues before they arise and flag to the Site Manager · Keep your direct team motivated and focussed ·Use BIM models for information, discussing the model with the team to inform consequent execution of work. This role will require frequent travel between sites across the UK Accountabilities Project delivery in terms of time, cost, quality, safety standards and client satisfaction Delivery of the agreed profitability of the project Programmes are properly resourced to meet the production targets Compliance with all Reds10 ISO requirements such as following company policies and procedures, attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives.
