We require an experienced and well qualified full-time Assistant Finance Manager to work in a small and friendly Finance Team based in the centre of Leamington Spa.
The role is wholly office based and there is no scope for hybrid working due to the nature of the company’s operations.
The hours are 37.5 Hours per week, 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday - Friday
This post involves the usual accounting procedures such as Sales ledger, Purchase ledger, credit control, payroll, bank reconciliation, month ends, quarter end, VAT returns, participation in audits and support with supervision of the team in the absence of the Finance Manager. Travel to the company’s six sites will be required when needed for which a travel allowance is paid.
You will be fully AAT qualified and must be working towards Level 4 as a minimum. Experience in Xero and Excel essential.
