Senior Product Manager – Hospitality Technology & EPOS

The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders, and driving innovation within the business. Reporting to senior leadership, this individual will be instrumental in ensuring the successful development and launch of customer-centric solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with leadership to define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities.
* Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and new opportunities.
* Utilise insights to prioritise product features and initiatives.
* Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
* Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align priorities, resolve challenges, and drive successful product launches and adoption.
* Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
* Foster strong relationships across the organisation to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
* Leverage data insights to optimise product features and identify areas for improvement.
* Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs and experiences.
* Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to develop solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
* 6–8 years of proven product management experience, preferably within the hospitality technology and EPOS sector.
* Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
* Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams across all levels.
* Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and insights to guide decisions and measure success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
* Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
* Passion for customer-centric design and problem-solving.
* Experience in the hospitality industry or with SaaS and EPOS products is a plus but not required.
