Role Overview:
As the Payouts Manager, you will oversee the entire payout process for financed vehicles. You’ll work closely with internal teams, lenders, and dealerships to ensure funds are disbursed accurately and promptly. The role demands excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a customer-first mindset to maintain the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payout Management: Manage the entire payout process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of funds to dealerships and stakeholders.
* Documentation Review: Verify and approve all required documents for payouts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
* Finance Lender Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between lenders, dealerships, and internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure smooth payouts.
* Process Optimisation: Identify areas for improvement in the payouts workflow and implement efficient processes and technologies to streamline operations.
Key Qualifications:
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Experience in the car finance industry or a similar financial services background is a plus.
* A customer-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficiency in using office-based software, with the ability to work independently and remotely when required.
