A fantastic opportunity for a Ward Manager to join a lovely care provider who are one of the UK’s leading providers of behavioural care and specialist Support services to adults and younger people.
*Are you?*
* Qualified as a first level registered nurse with the NMC/registered with social Work England/HCPC, and must have a minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience working in mental health.
* Registered with a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
* Must have experience as a Ward Manager in a *hospital setting.*
As Ward Manager, your role will be to co-ordinate the quality and management of nursing care, patient care and the clinical environment. You will have the opportunity to participate fully with the multidisciplinary team and undertake direct patient care as well as managing delivery of clinical services within a ward, and ensuring it complies with statutory regulations, current legislation and meets quality standards. You will also have a key role in providing supervision and support and helping to develop and progress the staff working within the ward.
