We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. This role will primarily involve planned preventative maintenance (PPM) servicing, repairing, and occasional installation of commercial gas appliances across a range of client sites, including government buildings, hotels, and office spaces. Sites are located across Slough – Reading M4 Corridor.

The package on offer is up to £52,000, which comes with a Company Van, Fuel card, and bundles of overtime available.
The Commercial Gas Engineer will be tasked with planned service and maintenance visits as well as reactive breakdowns, including PPM's & Reactive Maintenance, fault finding, and repairs of commercial boilers, chillers, HVAC, and heating systems across commercial sites.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Deliver services, repairs, and maintenance throughout commercial properties.
2. Conduct reactive maintenance throughout clients' portfolio of properties.
3. Self-deliver smaller installations.
4. Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings, repairing and maintaining various systems.
5. Diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment.
6. Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
7. Provide reactive and planned commercial maintenance.
8. Provide a high level of customer service and build strong relationships.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (including recognised apprenticeship) with a commercial gas/heating bias.
2. Gas Safe registered for commercial gas installations.
3. Hold the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1/1A, CPA1, CCCN1, COMCAT1.
4. Maintenance and setup of gas-fired burners and radiant tube heaters.
5. Maintenance of gas pressure regulator installations (PRIs).
6. Gas Safe registered for catering and domestic installations.
