The Opportunity
As part of our growing Systems Division, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the design, build, and implementation of advanced Metocean monitoring systems. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects that span international markets, ensuring timely and successful delivery while building strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Leading and delivering complex Metocean monitoring projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Developing detailed project plans—setting clear milestones, key deliverables, and risk management strategies.
3. Overseeing project execution from concept to completion, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and suppliers.
4. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Providing clear project performance insights, reporting progress, and ensuring resources are optimally allocated.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
1. Proven experience in Project Management, ideally within technology, engineering, or marine-related industries.
2. A track record of successful project delivery, with strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and people management abilities—able to engage both internal teams and external stakeholders.
4. Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting and reporting on project metrics and KPIs.
5. A degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, technology, or a related field (but not essential).
6. Experience in marine, offshore, or environmental monitoring sectors (desirable but not required).
7. Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, risks, and supplier relationships effectively.
