Working Pattern: Mon-Thur 6:30am - 3:15pm Friday 7am - 2pm

Hourly Rate: £13.22 - 13.25
We have an opportunity for someone with a passion for food who is looking for a career that will provide fantastic development and support.
We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our team working in a very friendly and stable environment.
The Chef de Partie will work alongside a small brigade of chefs at a high standard high volume staff restaurant.
As well as having a desire to learn and enthusiasm for the role, having previous experience as a Chef De Partie is essential.
Your duties will be varied and will involve every aspect of the department, however, in the main you will be responsible for overseeing the food preparation, cooking and presentation for a large volume unit alongside the Head Chef and chef brigade.
There are good bus links to and from the premises. There is also free access to a lucrative leisure pass including access to swimming pools and gyms across Edinburgh. Additionally, we have extensive Internal and External training courses available.

* Prepare delicious, high-quality food

About You
* NVQ Level 2 (or in the process of completing) or equivalent cookery qualification
* Passionate about great-tasting food
* Advanced understanding of the principles of food hygiene
* Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
* Have a desire to succeed in your role
* Deliver a high-quality service, with an attention for detail
* Both a supportive and helpful individual
* Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
