Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will demonstrate your strong 3rd line support skills while showcasing hands-on experience in SIP-based systems within telecommunications environments. You will manage and work on Linux and Windows servers, ensuring system reliability and performance. Your responsibilities will include exhibiting proficiency in AWS cloud services for infrastructure management and showcasing expertise in networking protocols and configurations, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls.
