The Role:
As a Physical Education (PE) Graduate, you will play a crucial role in encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle among students. Your enthusiasm for physical activity and sports will help foster a positive attitude towards health and fitness, contributing to students' overall well-being and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and delivering engaging and dynamic PE lessons and activities.
* Encourage and motivate students to participate in physical activities and sports.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who need additional help.
* Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude towards physical fitness.
* Help prepare and maintain sports equipment and materials for lessons and activities.
* Support teachers in monitoring and assessing students' progress.
* Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to participate.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.
Requirements:
* A degree in Physical Education or a related field.
* A genuine passion for promoting health and fitness among young people.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, and parents.
* Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of learners.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop a love for physical activity.
* Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
* A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
