Description
1. Managing housing management cases, including possession proceedings, tenancy breaches, debt recovery, anti-social behaviour, and disrepair claims.
2. Handling a mixture of court work and instructing counsel as necessary.
3. Providing legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on property-related matters.
4. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Profile
1. A solicitor or legal executive with approximately 2-4 years PQE.
2. Experienced in housing law and property litigation.
3. Proficient in attending court and managing litigation processes.
4. Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and organisational skills.
