We are looking for a creative and dynamic Communications Manager and Content Creator to create compelling and engaging content for the foundation’s communications channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
* Produce high-quality graphic, video and photography content. This will be used across social media, the High Performance Foundation website, funding proposals and decks and internal communications. This role is crucial to raise awareness of our work, engage schools and prospective donors and drive fundraising event sign-ups.
Social Media Management:
* Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across High Performance Foundation's platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn and the website including news and blog posts with a focus on growing our audiences to increase our reach and impact.
Campaign Execution:
* Develop and deliver paid and organic content campaigns to:
* Engage with and recruit new schools to get involved and sign-up to use Game Plan.
* Drive event sign-ups for our challenge events and donations to High Performance Foundation.
* Build brand awareness and engagement amongst our audience.
* Grow the audience, reaching new followers, hitting key KPIs.
Brand Awareness:
* Craft compelling stories that showcase the foundation’s impact and attract new supporters.
Internal Communications:
* Support internal engagement by creating content that connects and informs staff, partners, and stakeholders of our mission and progress.
Analytics & Reporting:
* Monitor content performance and optimize strategies for engagement and reach.
* Monitor and engage with social media communities, fostering positive relationships. Use analytics tools to track performance and provide actionable insights to inform strategy.
About You:
* Passion for storytelling and creating engaging digital content.
* Strong skills in videography, photography, and social media content creation.
* Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
* Knowledge of social media channels including Instagram and LinkedIn, social media trends and best practices.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
* A creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
* Prior experience of working in the education space or with a youth organisation would be beneficial.
