Salary is £23,912 rising to £25,085 following the probationary period.
Full time (37 hours per week).

About the role
We pride ourselves on customer service and we are well known for the fantastic service we provide. A Customer Support Officer is the first point of contact for all customers enquiries, helping our customers in their times of need. This role is predominantly telephone based, surrounded by a great team enabling you to thrive and really make a difference to others. Once competent on the telephones, alongside taking calls from our customers, you shall then have the opportunity to progress into either an admin or claim route.
Our office opening hours are:
Monday – Friday 08:00 – 19:00 and Saturdays 09:00 – 12:00 and you could work a variety of shifts within these times.
About you
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Attention to detail and great communication skills are key. You will be resilient and emotionally intelligent with an empathetic and caring nature. You will be confident working independently but will also flourish as part of a team.
