Role: Senior Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time office based
Contract: Permanent
Location: Towcester
Main Duties for the Business Support Administrator:
* Assist in the delivery of valuation and advisory services to charities.
* Set up and monitor ongoing jobs to ensure smooth workflow management.
* Maintain constant communication with colleagues and clients via phone and email.
* Prepare terms of business documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Monitor the progress of ongoing cases and provide necessary updates.
* Proofread reports to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
* Prioritize tasks efficiently and work at pace to meet deadlines.
Experience required for the Business Support Administrator:
* Reliable and confident, with a proactive approach to tasks.
* Strong communicator in person, over the phone, and in writing.
* Administrative or secretarial experience (audio typing is a plus).
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Teams.
* Customer-focused, dedicated to delivering excellent service and building client relationships.
