About the Role
Scouts is seeking a Regional Development Specialist to join our team in Oxfordshire. This role will involve working 35 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends, on a fixed-term two-year contract.
Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement regional development strategies to drive local growth initiatives.
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL PARTNERS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO PROMOTE COLLABORATION AND COORDINATION.
* MONITOR AND EVALUATE PROJECT PROGRESS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE USE OF RESOURCES AND MEETINGS OF OBJECTIVES.
* MANAGE BUDGETS AND RESOURCES TO OPTIMIZE OUTCOMES AND DELIVER VALUE TO SCOUTS AND THE COMMUNITY.
* WORK CLOSELY WITH THE TEAM TO ACHIEVE REGIONAL GROWTH OBJECTIVES AND SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONAL AMBITIONS.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in community development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
