Housing Division 37 hours per week North Warwickshire is a rural Borough. The Council’s Housing Division manages 2700 tenancies. Our teams aim to provide excellent customer service for our tenants and ensure our neighbourhoods are nice places to live. We are seeking an experienced, qualified professional to direct our housing management services so that they are efficient, provide high standards of customer care and meet all regulatory requirements. Applicants should be able to demonstrate an ability to lead and develop a team that provides a range of front line services. These include managing tenancies, collecting rent, delivering neighbourhood service, and acting on reports of anti social behaviour. We are also looking for experience of working with partners to deliver services and with tenants to improve them. Excellent communication skills are essential. Applicants must have experience of delivering housing management services to tenants and a working knowledge of the Housing Regulator’s Consumer Standards. They must also have a relevant housing qualification and be able to demonstrate their understanding of housing regulations and legislation as well good practice in managing tenancies.
