We are recruiting for an Operational Control Manager for Water Recycling to join our Tactical Operations team. In this role you’ll be a key support to the Tactical Operations shift teams, delivering a business-critical service to ensure that all operational call traffic and work requests are managed with appropriate priority.
What you’ll be doing:
The role is our eyes and ears of the 24/7 centralised management function recognising opportunity and threat in real time and responding accordingly. This role utilises the skills of the Tactical Operations team, systems and processes to optimise the centralised control of operational assets in liaisons with field teams. You’ll proactively monitor workloads and operational systems making informed decisions to optimise asset performance and efficient use of resource management, ensuring excellent service to our customers is maintained.
Working closely with other teams around the business such as Water Recycling, the Operational Control Manager will be responsible for the compliance and distribution of final water quality when dealing with both planned and reactive events.
