Key Responsibilities • Manage a caseload of high-conflict divorces, complex financial settlements, and international cases. • Provide expert legal advice and represent clients in mediation, court, and alternative dispute resolution. • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. • Oversee legal research, draft documents, and prepare thoroughly for cases. • Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships with empathy and discretion. Requirements • Experience practicing family law as a CILEx qualified lawyer or solicitor. • Proven ability to handle high-conflict cases and complex financial assets. • Strong skills in legal research, writing, and case preparation. • Experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. • Excellent client management, advocacy, and leadership skills.
