The post holder will provide the highest standard of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualised holistic care in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team within the Special Care Baby unit. There is opportunity for training, growth and development within a supportive team. Main duties of the job Caring for infants requiring admission to the Special Care Baby Unit. Undertaking training packages to improve knowledge and clinical skills. Providing and supporting family integrated care on the Special Care Baby Unit.
