Position Details:
* Salary: £22,717 annually
* Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Overview: As an Office Administrator, you will provide essential support to several departments, with a focus on the Social Care team. Your role will involve managing office operations, maintaining records, and processing sensitive information. You will handle general administrative tasks, answer phone calls, and assist with reception duties when necessary.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with administrative functions across different departments, primarily supporting Social Care and other corporate services
* Maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring they are up to date
* Process and manage sensitive data with a high level of discretion
* Respond to and direct incoming calls, and provide reception cover when needed
* Perform various ad-hoc administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in an administrative role or similar office environment
* Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively, working independently or as part of a team
