What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues & our guests:
* You will be responsible for managing room allocations, the day-to-day supervision of the Front Desk, guest liaison, and in supporting the Front Office Manager in maintaining administrative systems and procedures. All to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
* Sometimes our guests have special requests such as room preferences and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Night Manager.

* Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You must be able to communicate with other departments and the extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains. The Night Manager will act as an ambassador of the hotel with guests, suppliers, and colleagues.
