Job summary An innovative and exciting service continues to be developed in Milton Keynes to support individuals with wellbeing and mental health needs in GP surgeries. We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated Band 6 mental health professional to join the team. Main duties of the job The role will be Full Time and will involve assessing and providing support to clients whom have a range of mild to moderate mental health needs, you with work extensively alongside GPs and practice staff with support from the local mental health service. You will need to have excellent assessment skills, be able to work autonomously and be able to forge positive working relationship with primary care staff and clients. You will have excellent working knowledge of wellbeing and mental health care and the mental health needs of dynamic and changing population.
