What you will be doing in the role of Admin Assistant?
* Admin Support for the whole business supporting sales and marketing
* Assisting with clerical tasks including scanning, photocopying and managing correspondence
* Data entry - Inputting and maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets/databases
* Greeting visitors
* Booking and organising meeting rooms
* Assisting the Office Manager & Executive PA with various clerical tasks
* Office Supplies Management - Keep tack of inventory and ordering supplies
What you require for the role of Admin Assistant?
1. Previous admin or office experience
2. PC literate in office 365
3. Hardworking and good problem solving abilities
4. Good attention to detail
