2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer– Preston (Hybrid) - £35K
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join a growing organisation in Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal staff remotely and on-site. Ideally, a driving license and access to a vehicle is needed for this role.
This role can offer hybrid working, looking at 2 days on site and 3 days at home.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of networking, Windows/Linux operating systems, and cloud technologies. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

In this role, you will:
Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, and in-person
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with client systems, networks, and applications
Maintain and update internal systems and infrastructure
Document technical solutions and create technical guides
