Have knowledge of social work methodologies, social care policies such as person-centred approaches and asset based social work, and relevant legislation including The Care Act, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act. Have experience of e ffective assessment and risk management delivery, and mu lti-agency/ multidisciplinary working and/or hospital discharge processes. Have experience of partnership working with adults to identify and meet need with creative and pragmatic solutions. Be a confident communicator who is s killed in diplomacy, persuasion, assertive and conflict management and able to build effective working relationships. Be able to work proactively individually but also as a team member. Have good prioritisation and time management skills and have a valid UK driving licence or access to a vehicle We also expect you to share our commitment to our values and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the interview process.
