Seeking a consultant (not employed), sole trader, or very small firm practitioner who is professionally qualified and insured or easily insurable to undertake bespoke Trust document creation for clients of a professional Will Writing firm based in Mid Devon.
No more than 10 to 15 hours' work per month is initially anticipated; however, this shall be variable, especially during the early stages, so may be fewer from time to time.
The work would include:
1. Creating Trust documentation resulting from Wills of deceased people.
2. Transferring assets into Trusts for people during their lifetime.
3. Deeds of Variation.
4. Declarations of Trust.
5. Appointments and Retirements of Trustees.
6. Closing Trusts.
Existing access to conveyancing services would be preferable, but not essential for the right candidate.
This would be a consultancy position, rather than an employed role, whereby we would pay for work undertaken for each individual case.
Your input would range from initial consultation when our firm would explain our client(s) proposal and you would advise regarding any potential problems or issues which may arise. Thereafter, we can provide a reasonably accurate applicable fee to our client(s) BEFORE they proceed with following any guidance provided by our firm.
Thereafter, we would commission the right candidate to undertake the appropriate Trust document creation, and ideally the resulting H.M. Land Registry documentation (when relevant).
Although you shall be working from your own premises, the closer you are to the Mid Devon area, the better. This is because it may be beneficial for us to meet in person from time to time.
