Preceptorship for newly qualified colleagues(working towards RCSLT Core Goals) usually lasts 12 months and you will be assigned a preceptor who will support, coach, mentor and guide you through regular meetings. We offer a robust programme of supervision, support and professional development for our Newly Qualified Practitioners in linewith RCSLT (Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists) guidance. Main duties of the job Interviews will be held the face to face on the 14th February 2025. The role will be varied and offer the opportunity to work within clinic, education and community environments. You will be responsible for assessment and treatment of children with a variety of speech, language and communication difficulties, and hold a delegated clinical caseload. The role will cover the Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale areas. You will be joining a well-established multidisciplinary team, with a strong commitment to ensuring children receive support to achieve the best outcomes that they can. You will receive regular supervision and support from peers and senior clinicians within the team and will participate in the regular in-service training programme.
