What we’re looking for
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to play a pivotal role in the MOJU sales team, supporting in the development of our existing accounts and delivering highly efficient business processes. This role is fast-paced, with great exposure to a mix of Grocery accounts providing a solid foundation for Commercial Account Management and Business Development. If you are passionate about sales, commercially minded, and have great initiative to get stuck in, this is a unique opportunity to grow your Commercial career.
Job requirements
Responsibilities of the role include:
1. Comfort working with numbers and attention to detail through responsibility of promotion, pricing, and product admin associated with all Grocery accounts (Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Asda, Co-op & Morrisons).
2. Strong communication skills with an ability to build trusting relationships throughout our team and with your relevant customer stakeholders.
3. Great organisation to manage priorities and be adaptable to change when faced with quick turn-around requests.
4. Lead point of contact for Grocery industry relationships, managing our GroceryAid charity calendar and IGD events.
5. Working closely with Foodservice and Impulse KAMs to support with efficient onboarding of new accounts.
6. Directed and supported by both Grocery Controllers.
Who you are
1. 1-2 years commercial experience required.
2. Highly organised to manage your workload effectively and time efficiently.
3. Works well under pressure, at pace, and with a high level of autonomy.
4. Attentive to detail with a right first-time approach to tasks set.
5. Highly effective communication, both verbal & written.
6. Collaborative and able to effectively work with others to deliver results.
