As a Business Manager, you'll be leading the business support and administration sector across the Camberley and Guildford areas. This is a 'hands-on' managerial role, running your own desk, which enables personal and team bonus The Camberley office, as a whole, cover accountancy, finance, facilities, HR and legal and so is a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead by Example : Support consultants in winning business and filling jobs. Division Management : Oversee your division with full P&L control. Sales Strategy : Shape the sales strategy and set KPIs to drive growth. Client Management : Win new clients and maintain existing relationships. Team Development : Coach and develop consultants, fostering a culture of growth. Income Management : Enhance our day-to-day, long-term, and permanent income streams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in business support recruitment or as a Recruitment Manager. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent business acumen with experience in P&L management. Proficient in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs. Ability to coach and develop consultants to reach their full potential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
