Twenty:22 are a small creative design agency located in East London, based in a super cool design studio within the Augustus Martin site. Our work incorporates 2D graphic and 3D structural design for POS (Point of Sale) and POP (Point of Purchase) across all retail formats and environments. With a long history working with retailers and brands we have built some strong client relationships over the years. Our portfolio features a wide variety of work from weekly art-working campaigns through to concept, design, in-store visualisation, 3D display prototyping and mock ups for the retail industry. twenty:22 would love to welcome a Junior Creative Art-worker to join their small, friendly team, supporting the growing demand of client project requests. We need somebody with a great personality, a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn; somebody who will fit in and become part of our team… The role and your responsibilities: Initially, the briefs would be received from the Creative Director / Senior Designer, but could require confident client liaising once experience with the work grows. The role would require efficient understanding of a client brief with the confidence to ask questions. You would be responsible for a weekly and monthly artworking campaigns that would require efficient print ready artworking, ability to check supplied assets effectively, good organisation and communication skills. In addition, you may receive briefs for additional creative artworking campaigns / items for other clients. Working with the Senior Designer supporting with large artwork campaigns and helping with any image adjustments / retouching and possible artwork to cutter lay-downs. Be part of the team tea round. Requirements and skills: Minimum of 2 years experience creative artworking ideally within the retail POS / POP market. Proficient in Creative Suite apps. Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop on an Apple Mac. A digital design ability / knowledge would be an added bonus along with video editing skills – (Adobe After Effects / Premier Pro) Working knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel, and Word would also be beneficial but not essential. Confident artworking skills, with good understanding of print ready artworking and a keen eye for detail / accuracy. Some experience of artworking to cutter guides is ideal. Self motivated with the ability to work well within the team but also independently, following brief fully but with the confidence to ask questions if unsure. A quick / willing learner who can work to tight deadlines while keeping a clear head and positive attitude. Great work ethics – willing to get stuck in whatever the project; from exciting campaigns to everyday ‘print ready’ artworking maintaining that ‘can do’ attitude. Flexibility working hours to accommodate additional work if / when required. Qualifications: National Diploma in a design/creative course, or similar. Do you think this is the job for you?
